Return Process

  Contact our support team at hello@tanit.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original eco-friendly packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your order slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of approval.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our lab inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
